Every year the Vallejo Police Officers' Association donates money and time to benefit numerous charities, groups and organizations in Vallejo and throughout Solano County.

"Since 1971 the Vallejo Police Activities League has been serving Vallejo young people. Our purpose is to provide quality, healthy activities for the youth of Vallejo while fostering a sense of togetherness between the Police Officers of Vallejo and the young people of Vallejo. Our programs are run by volunteers. All of our activities are self-supporting and we keep the participation cost to a minimum. We have been serving Vallejo for many years now and plan to continue this service for many years to come" - Police Activities League
The mission of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund is to generate increased public support for the law enforcement profession by permanently recording and appropriately commemorating the service and sacrifice of law enforcement officers; and to provide information that will help promote law enforcement safety.
The California Peace Officers' Memorial Foundation is a non-profit charitable foundation whose mission is to recognize and honor California's peace officers who gave their lives "In The Line of Duty" serving the citizens of this great state, and provide support to the family members left behind.
Officers Give Hope is a multi-agency law enforcement effort dedicated to hosting marrow donor drives in the hopes of finding a match for those patients awaiting a life-saving transplant. Officers Give Hope has located donors for patients throughout the United States suffering from leukemia and other blood diseases. Those who have participated in the donation process have described it as an incredible experience.
"Concerns of Police Survivors, Inc. (C.O.P.S.) provides resources to assist in the rebuilding of the lives of surviving families and affected co-workers of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. Furthermore, C.O.P.S. provides training to law enforcement agencies on survivor victimization issues and educates the public of the need to support the law enforcement profession and its survivors." - C.O.P.S.
